About Project

Construction of the Abadan Oil Refinery began in  (Solar Hijri calendar, equivalent to 1908-1909 in the Gregorian calendar), and it started operating as the country’s first oil refinery with a production capacity of 2,500 barrels per day. Today, environmental issues are of particular importance in this refinery, and various types of filters and scrubbers are used to prevent air pollution, treat industrial wastewater, and operate a closed-loop cooling water system.    Units are equipped with new technologies, minimizing energy waste. .

The project is the Abadan Oil Refinery.

The project city is Masjed Soleyman.
